Shipping and Returns

Return Policy

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, in its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will be not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in anyway;
• The item is specified as non-returnable in its description;
• The item is a final sale item.

If you are unsure, or have any queries, please email customerservice@skatt.com.au

To return an item, simply:

1. Email customerservice@skatt.com.au with your Order Number and details of the item you wish to return. 
2. A pre-paid return label will then be emailed to you.
3. Please attach this label to the outside of your parcel and ensure you include the item together with the original paperwork in your parcel.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges as items may sell out whilst the requested exchange is being processed.

Shipping

We currently ship to all Australian States and Territories.

We do not currently ship internationally.
