We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 via Australia Post. 

Customers in NSW, VIC, QLD and TAS can expect to receive their order within 2-5 business days. Customers in WA, NT and SA can expect delivery in 3-7 business days. 

We offer FREE express shipping for orders over $350.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, postcode and time of year. Please keep in mind that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Returns

We hope you love your jewellery. If you change your mind, we offer returns in exchange for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, it must be posted back within 7 days.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in any way;
• The item is made to order;
• The item is a sale item (unless faulty).

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.

Warranty: All jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, or damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes or cosmetics.
