Each piece is individually handmade using the delicate art of silver filigree where fine silver threads are twisted, bent and curled by hand, then carefully soldered together. Drawing inspiration from time-honoured Colombian techniques, the result is jewellery rich in tradition and quietly unique.

This necklace is posted in a sweet little gift bag and carefully packaged to arrive safely. Perfect as a gift for yourself or for someone special.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all order over $75 using Australia Post. 

For all orders under $75, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies. 

Orders are packed and shipped daily from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Please expect delays over public holidays, extreme weather conditions and property access for delivery. For orders to Western Australia or outside of metropolitan areas, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

For shipment updates, please use the tracking link provided or contact your local postal service with your tracking number.

We cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit, or delayed delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly as we cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address. If an incorrect was provided and your order has been shipped, you may incur a reshipping fee.

Returns

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in any way;
• The item is a sale item;
• The item is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the criteria above. If  approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment (less shipping fees where applicable).

Please note that we do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
