Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all order over $75 using Australia Post. Delivery times are approx. 3-5 business days (please note that delivery to rural areas may take an extra 4-8 business day).

For all orders under $75, a flat rate shipping fee of $7 applies. 

Please note, all orders are handcrafted in Freshwater, Sydney. If you place an order during a weekday, it will be packed on the weekend and shipped the following Monday. 

Some handmade items may take 2-30 days to handcraft from scratch. Please refer to the product description for the estimated production times.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly as we cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address.

Returns

We want you to love your jewellery, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Refunds are accepted with 30 days of receipt of your order.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in any way;
• The item is a sale item.

All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment (less shipping fees where applicable).

All our jewellery is handmade. Buying a handmade piece of jewellery means that there may be slight imperfections – like gentle tool marks - due to the handcrafting process. We believe these details make each piece truly unique and celebrate its handcrafted nature.

When buying jewellery with semi-precious stones, pearls or gems, you may find variations in the colour and pattern. Semi-precious stones, pearl and gems are Mother Nature’s jewels and no two are ever the same - your piece will be truly individual.
