Shipping

Standard Parcel Post shipping fees are $11 per order.

All orders are shipped from Adelaide, South Australia via Australia Post. 

In Stock items: Allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed before being shipping (although longer processing times may occur during peak season or sales).

Made to Order items: Delivery time frames can vary. Please refer to the individual product page for more information.

Domestic standard shipping will take approx. 3-5 business days.

We are not liable for loss of parcels or damage during transit. Please contact Australia Post directly for lost or damaged items.

Sometimes parcels are undeliverable and are returned to us. This may happen if you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, or if your parcel isn’t collected from your local post office within the stipulated timeframe. In these cases, refunds will not be provided for shipping costs and re-delivery costs will need to be paid by you.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any products unless they have been deemed faulty. This includes change of mind.

If you have received a damaged items and wish to return it, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Items that are eligible for return must be sent using a tracking service. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. Items must be in their original packaging including original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

We do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
