Shipping

All items are sent via Australia Post standard shipping for a flat rate of $9.95. Orders are shipped within approximately 2-5 business days when in stock (timeframes may vary depending on location and public holidays).

As our jewellery is handmade in small batches, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding with production and delivery times.

**PLEASE NOTE: Cut-off dates for all online orders will be Friday, 19^th December at 4.00pm. Any orders placed after that time will be delivered after Monday, 12^th January 2026, as our workshop and various material suppliers are closed.**

Returns

We want you to love your jewellery, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You can return any item, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

The item is damaged;
The item has been worn;
The item has been modified in any way;
The item is a sale item.

If the item you wish to return is faulty, please provide photographic proof of the fault. We will then send you a stamped, self-addressed post pack for the return. Once the item has been inspected, you will be offered a replacement, repair or refund.

All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment (less shipping fees where applicable).

Please note that we do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
