All our jewelry containing Pearls and Gemstones is designed and hand-crafted in our studio in Brisbane.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $100.

For all orders under $100, a standard shipping fee of $7.80 applies.

Please note: We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items through the Australia Post postal service.

Returns

We offer a 21 day return policy on all full-priced items*. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return an item. All items must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in any way;
• The same item has been found at a lower price elsewhere;
• The items has broken due to circumstances beyond our control (ie. pulled by a child, caught on an object).
• The item is a SALE item.

*Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are non-returnable.

The return will be processed to your original form of payment, less shipping fees if applicable.

We do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.

To return an item, please email customerservice@skatt.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. The return instructions will then be emailed to you.

WARRANTY

Every piece is made to order and leaves our studio in perfect condition. In case of defects, we offer a 90-day warranty. Once the item has been proven to be faulty by our jewellers, we will offer a repair or a replacement.

(This warranty does not cover neglect, loss of items, chain breakage and general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of gold jewellery. The warranty is void if the jewellery has been altered, modified, damaged by accident, misuse and discolouration caused by foreign substances (ie. hand sanitizer, cleaning agent, cosmetic products etc).
