Option 1: Measure your Finger
  1. Cut a strip of paper or piece of string to a length of 10cm.
  2. Wrap the paper or string around your finger (where you would like your ring to sit).
  3. Make sure that the paper or string is snug yet comfortable (it should not be pulled tight).
  4. Using a pen, mark the paper or string at the point of connection.
  5. Using a ruler, measure the length of your paper or string in (mm).
  6. Use the size chart to find your perfect ring size.

  1. Find a ring that fits comfortably on your desired finger
  2. Using a ruler, measure the internal diameter of the ring in (mm).
  3. Use the size chart to find your perfect ring size

Our 14ct GoldĀ Circular Barbell can be worn in any piercing, but works especially well for septum piercings. Set with tint Cubic Zirconia’s for that little bit of sparkle.

Shipping

We offer FREE express shipping for all orders over $100 within Australia.Ā 

All parcels are shipped using Australia Post Express Post service and delivery times can range between 1-3 business days.

All items come lovingly gift packed and orders are shipped Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please note that orders received before 12pm will be packed same day (on shipping days only). Please ensure all address details are included when making your purchase including business name if appliable. Please be advised that a re-delivery fee may be required in some circumstances if address is incomplete. We offer shipping Australia wide.

Returns

Full priced items can be returned for store credit up to 21 days from the date on which the parcel was delivered to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork (tags, box and pouch included).

Items will not be eligible for return if:

  • The item is damaged;
  • The item has been worn;
  • The item has been modified in anyway;
  • The item is a SALE item;

Earrings are unable to be returned for hygienic reasons.Ā 

We do not offer exchanges as items may sell out whilst the requested exchange is being processed. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

To return an item, please emailĀ customerservice@skatt.com.auĀ with your order number and the reason for your return. The return instructions will then be emailed to you.
