Primrose and Pearl Necklace – 9ct Yellow Gold

This dainty freshwater pearl necklace is oh so pretty. Featuring an organic textured flower set with a sparkling gemstone and baroque freshwater pearl. These necklaces are available in sterling silver with Australian sapphires, or 9ct yellow gold with garnets.

We usually stock one piece which is ready to ship. If an item is out of stock or needs to be made to order, please allow up 2-4 weeks for the item to be made.

As with all of our handmade jewellery, small differences in finish are expected and add to the charm of the piece. The images shown may differ slightly, especially with hammered and organic textured pieces.

Shipping

We offer FREE express shipping for all orders over $100 within Australia. 

All parcels are shipped using Australia Post Express Post service and delivery times can range between 1-3 business days.

All items come lovingly gift packed and orders are shipped Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please note that orders received before 12pm will be packed same day (on shipping days only). Please ensure all address details are included when making your purchase including business name if appliable. Please be advised that a re-delivery fee may be required in some circumstances if address is incomplete. We offer shipping Australia wide.

Returns

Full priced items can be returned for store credit up to 21 days from the date on which the parcel was delivered to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork (tags, box and pouch included).

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in anyway;
• The item is a SALE item;

Earrings are unable to be returned for hygienic reasons. 

We do not offer exchanges as items may sell out whilst the requested exchange is being processed. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

To return an item, please email customerservice@skatt.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. The return instructions will then be emailed to you.
