Shipping

We offer FREE express shipping on all orders over $200 using Australia Post. 

For orders under $200, a flat rate shipping fee of $17.60 applies. 

All orders are processed on Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) after receiving your order. Orders placed before 12pm will be processed on the same business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number provided by Australia Post. You can track the status of your shipment through the Australia Post website.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event that your shipment is lost or delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address.

If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by Australia Post, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received in their original condition.

Returns

We acknowledge that preferences can evolve, therefore, we provide a 30 day return policy for full priced items if you have a change of mind.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in any way;
• The item was returned after 30 days from the date of purchase;
• The item is a sale item.

Please note that our Change of Mind Policy does not apply to earrings (due to hygiene reasons), and resized rings (whether resized as part of the purchase or after purchase).

Ou Change of Mind Policy is in addition to, and in no way limits, your legal entitlement and existing rights under Australian Consumer Law.

All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment (less shipping fees where applicable).

Prior to shipping, all our products undergo thorough inspection to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.

In the rare event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please email customerservice@skatt.com.au on the day of receiving the goods, or the next business day, if applicable. If there is visible damage to the package or products upon arrival, you may be required to return the goods along with their original packaging and invoice. Following receipt and inspection of the items, we will gladly offer a refund.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
