Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping Australia-wide for all orders. 

You will receive an email notification providing a tracking number so that you can monitor your consignment’s journey. Due to the high value of our pieces, our parcels require signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collect with photo ID.

Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect deliveries due to address errors.

All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.

All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship. Each piece is estimated to ship within the shipping time specified on each respective product page, and all shipping times are measured from the next business day after an order is placed. Please note that certain pieces may have different shipping times, and all times specified are estimates only. 

While we aim to ship your order within the stated windows, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capability and other conditions. If you place a single order for multiple pieces with different ship windows, your order will ship when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment.

Returns

Orders may be returned for a store credit within 10 days of delivery.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in any way;
• The item is a final sale item;
• The item has been purchased using a store credit.

*Please note that orders purchased using a store credit are final sale.

Authorised returns must be shipped within 3 days of receiving your return authorisation.

In the event of non-compliance of the above, we reserve the right to deny the return and/or deduct a restocking or repair fee from any store credit. Returns initiated beyond 10 days of receipt of your order, or shipping beyond 3 days of your receipt of a return authorisation, will not be accepted. All return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

We do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
