At Jane Finch our pieces are made to order — crafted with intention from our Melbourne studio using recycled metals and ethically sourced stones. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your piece to be made.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE express shipping for all orders over $150.

For orders under $150, a $10 express shipping fee applies.

Returns

We offer change of mind returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Change of mind returns are eligible for a store credit only (change of mind returns are not eligible for a refund).

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, in its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn
• The item has been modified in anyway;
• The item is a final sale item.

*Please note: Items eligible for return must be received within 10 business days from the date on which a return was approved.

Once your return has been received, it will be assessed to ensure the jewellery meets the return criteria. If the return criteria is met, your return will be authorized and you will receive a store credit via email.

If the return criteria is not met, you will be invoiced for return shipping for the item/s to be returned to you.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is deemed as having a manufacturer’s fault, in which case the shipping costs will be reimbursed.

We do not offer exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
