Returns

We hope you enjoy your jewellery as much as we enjoyed making it. Please choose carefully as, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges unless there is manufacturing fault present in your purchase at the time of receipt.

All faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. The product must be sent within 3 business days of making a claim for faulty goods with a tracking number. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once we have received your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
