Shipping

FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $400 within Australia. All parcels are fully unsured, require signature on delivery, and are discreetly packaged for peace of mind.

Orders under $400 - $30 Express Post shipping. 

Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday and typically delivered within 2-5 business days. Rural or remote areas may take up to 14 business day.

If your piece is not in stock, we will arrange/custom make this piece within 2-4 weeks. Delivery will be 2-14 days once your piece is ready. 

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes. 

You will receive a tracking email once your order is shipped.

Returns

We want you to love your jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer credit notes for change of mind within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery that you wish to return an item.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork (tags, box and pouch included). 

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in anyway;
• The item is a SALE item.

Please note: Refunds are only available for purchases if the item was misrepresented or faulty. Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

We do not offer exchanges as items may sell out whilst the requested exchange is being processed.
