For orders $150 AUD and over: Free shipping for standard deliveries using Australia Post’s e-parcel service.

For order $149 AUD and under: $8.95 AUD flat shipping fee for standard deliveries using Australia Post’s e-parcel service.

Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering. Same day shipping if ordered before 12pm.

Shipping within most parts of Australia will take between 3-5 working days, depending on the location in Australia to which it is being sent.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number for your delivery to allow you to track your delivery.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, stolen goods, or any costs or expense incurred to changes in delivery times or delays.

Returns

We understand that jewellery is a very personal thing and sometimes you might change your mind, of the recipient of the gift doesn’t love it as much as you do.

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase for all full priced items for change of mind.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in any way;
• The item is a SALE item.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Items eligible for return must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

The return will be processed to your original form of payment, less shipping fees if applicable.

We do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
