Local orders are processed and shipped via Australia Post, typically arriving within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. We kindly ask for your patience and recommend allowing extra time for transit. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in any way;
• The item has been custom-made, engraved, altered or resized;
• The item is a SALE item.

Items eligible for return must be returned within 7 days of delivery of the item.

We do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
