Emma Ball & Hoop Earrings – Sterling Silver

Introducing the Emma Ball & Hoop Earrings ~ a lightweight, versatile, everyday style. Designed for, and with my beautiful sister Emma who was wanting a pair of earrings that would complement her existing silver and gold pieces.

Your jewellery will arrive in our signature black packaging; an embossed box and velvet travel bag.

• Available in Recycled Sterling Silver & Gold Vermeil (2.5 microns 24k gold).
• Hoops: 16mm x 14mm.
• Ball: 10mm (hollow).

All our jewellery is consciously handcrafted in small batches by skilled artisans using only high quality, ethically sourced and recycled materials – 925 sterling silver, 9k, 18k and 24k gold. No excess – just honest materials, thoughtful design, and lasting meaning.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $200. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. 

For all orders under $200, a flat rate shipping fee of $12 applies.

We dispatch all orders from our Australian studio located in Brisbane, Australia. If you place your order before 1pm EST, we aim to ship your order the same day of the purchase – this includes weekends and public holidays.

Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier service provider.

Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery to all metro and regional locations within Australia.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, however, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit. 

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in any way;
• The item is a sale item.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not available on earrings. We also reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs or return requests.

All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment (less shipping fees where applicable). Please note that we are unable to compensate for items lost in return transit.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
