Shipping

We offer FREE shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $120. All orders include full tracking information, sent via email at the time of dispatch via Australia Post.

For all orders under $120, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 applies.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items must be safely packaged and be returned unused, in their original condition.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in any way;
• The item is a sale item.

Please note: due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on pierced earring styles.

Returns are typically processed within 10-14 business days.

If you receive a defective item, please email customerservice@skatt.com.au with photographs and a brief description of the defect. The item will be assessed and if it is deemed that the item has a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace or refund the item. 

All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment (less shipping fees where applicable).
