Shipping

We offer FREE express shipping  Australia-wide for all orders over $300. All orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post with tracking provided and a signature required on delivery.

For all orders under $300, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies.

Returns

We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your new jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a credit note within 7 days of purchase.

Alternatively, we will provide a refund for items purchased through this site if they are returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

  • The item is damaged;
  • The item has been worn;
  • The item has been modified in any way.

We do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
