Shipping

We offer FREE express shipping on all orders. Ready to ship orders received after 9.00am will be shipped the following business day via Express Post.

Allow 1-3 business days to receive deliveries once parcel has been shipped.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.

Returns

FULL PRICED items can be returned for a refund, less delivery charges.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in anyway;
• The item is a SALE item.

All bespoke designs and earrings are not eligible for returns.

Items eligible for return must be returned within 14 days of delivery of the item.
