Each pearl is unique due to using natural, freshwater pearls. Variations in color, shape, and texture are normal. Your pearl may differ slightly from the images shown.

Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150. 

Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for products to be handcrafted and dispatched. During busier periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Pieces valued at $120 and above are presented in our signature designer boxes. Pieces under $120 are presented in a jewellery pouch. 

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, a store credit for the value of the item(s) will be issued once the parcel has been received back to our studio.

Returns

We offer change of mind returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered in exchange for a store credit.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached and all original paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn or shows any signs of wear, including scratches, scuffs or other evidence of use;
• The item has been modified in any way;
• The item is custom made;
• The item was purchased as part of an archive or sample sale;
• The item is a sale item.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. Any unauthorised returns will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
