We offer FREE express shipping within Australia. We aim to send most purchases same or next day. Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered, depending on your location.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, in its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn
• The item has been modified in anyway;
• The item is a final sale item.

Returns are subject to approval and must meet the criteria above. If your refund is approved upon inspection, a refund will be made to your original form of payment. 

We do not accept responsibility for lost or missing parcels. If you are returning an item over $100, we recommend using a tracking shipping service or purchasing Australia Post shipping insurance.

We do not offer exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
