Option 1: Measure your Finger

  3. Make sure that the paper or string is snug yet comfortable (it should not be pulled tight).
  4. Using a pen, mark the paper or string at the point of connection.
  5. Using a ruler, measure the length of your paper or string in (mm).
  6. Use the size chart to find your perfect ring size.

  1. Find a ring that fits comfortably on your desired finger
  2. Using a ruler, measure the internal diameter of the ring in (mm).

Returns

We believe in the quality of our work. Each piece is custom-made just for you. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the description provided, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Items eligible for return due to fault, damage or not in accordance with the description provided, should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

  • The item is damaged (by you);
  • The item has been worn;
  • The item has been modified in any way;
  • The item is a sale item.

All return items must be sent in secure and protective packaging to prevent item from damage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment (less shipping fees if applicable) within 7 business days. Please allow 14 business days for the return process to be completed.

We do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
