Ethical jewellery handmade on the southern coast of Sydney, the Spring Tidal Ring in Rose Gold with is completely handmade in Zoë’s studio on Dharawal country.

Crafted from recycled rose gold, the metal used in these rings is melted down and hand poured using the process of sand casting which results in one-of-a-kind fine jewellery pieces. Due to the nature of this process, the texture and finish of each Spring Tidal Ring will be unique. That’s the beauty of buying made to order, handmade jewellery!

Our Tidal rings have been designed to stack effortlessly with our signature Aluna and Solitude rings. But if stack rings aren’t your thing and you prefer a more simple look, their organic shape allows them to sit beautifully on their own.

Zoë Alexandria is ethical jewellery handmade in Australia. The metals and gemstones used in our rings, earrings and necklaces are responsibly sourced. The rose gold used in the Spring Tidal Ring is fabricated in Australia from a Sydney based refinery, using recycled materials. We believe in building a sustainable jewellery brand.

This ring has been handcrafted with recycled rose gold. It measures approximately 2-2.5mm in width. To keep her safe please keep your Spring Tidal Ring in her reusable pouch and cardboard box when you’re not wearing her. Make sure you apply your lotions and perfumes before you put her on and if you plan to go swimming, surfing or maybe even rock climbing – don’t take her with you!

Solid gold jewellery is generally hallmarked with a karat stamp. Gold jewellery is not pure gold. Because pure gold is too soft to be worn everyday, it is essential to create a metal mixture when using gold for jewellery. Gold is an alloy composition made of gold and durable metals like zinc, nickel, silver and copper, and white gold usually has a rhodium plating. This sturdy blend is resistant to corrosion, rust and tarnish.

Handcrafted in our Sydney Studio on Dharawal Country, from recycled gold and responsibly sourced gemstones, the metal used in this necklace is melted down and hand poured into a mould so that the stones are cast into place, not set. This process of sand casting, or Delft clay casting results in one-of-a-kind fine jewellery pieces. Due to the nature of this process, the stone colour, placement, texture and finish of each piece will be unique. That’s the beauty of buying made to order, handmade jewellery!

Our Made to Order jewellery is lovingly handcrafted with purpose and intent by Zoë’s own two hands in her sacred studio space in Sydney, through ethical and sustainable fine jewellery practices.

This pieces is made to order. Please allow a 10-14 day timeframe before we can carefully package and ship your coveted handmade jewellery to you.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE for purchases over $100 and we deliver via Australia Post which takes approximately 2-5 business days. 

Purchases over $250 automatically qualify for FREE express post shipping.

You will be emailed with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery time frames are separate to production times. Production times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay.

We choose to ship with Australia Post. The delivery of every parcel sent is recognized as carbon neutral as a result of the purchase of carbon offset credits to match the environmental impact.

If your product is from our Made to Order range, please allow up to three weeks for it to be lovingly handcrafted before it is carefully packaged and shipped to you. Ready to Ship items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days. If you are unsure if an item is in stock, please refer to the product description.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns from our ‘Ready to Ship’ items. We offer refunds or store credits. If you wish to return an item from our ‘Ready to Ship’ range, please notify us within three (3) days from the date you receive your jewellery that you wish to return an item.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, in its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in anyway;
• The item is a sale item.

We recommend using registered mail with tracking when returning items to us as we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, we will offer you a refund or credit note provided you return the item to us in its original condition and packaging.

We do not offer exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.

We do not accept returns on items from our ‘Made to Order’ range, so please take care when ordering one of these pieces.
