We offer FREE express shipping for all orders over $200.

For orders under $200, a flat rate shipping fee of $12 applies.

Customers in metropolitan areas can expect to receive their order within 2-5 business days. Customers in regional areas can expect delivery within 3-7 business days, while deliveries to remote areas generally take 5-7 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier and may vary depending on your location. We aim to process and dispatch all online orders within 24 business hours of receipt. However, please note that there may be slight delays during peak or promotional periods.

Once your order has been packed by our team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

All orders require a signature on delivery to prevent theft. We cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged during delivery.

Please ensure that the correct delivery address has been entered at the time of checkout. We cannot be held liable for any costs associated with re-sending an order, or in the event of a parcel being lost in transit due to an incorrect delivery address.

Returns

We hope you love your jewellery. If you change your mind, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in any way.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind purchases. We strongly recommend returning your item via registered post or a tracked parcel service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost, damaged or stolen during transit. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking number until your return has been processed. 

We aim to process all returns within 7 business days of receiving your return. Please note that slight delays may occur during peak trade periods. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your original payment method (less any applicable shipping fees).
